Dr. Mohammed Alo 
The Alo Diet is a well-designed, healthy, simple, and free diet plan that's easy to follow. It's designed to be easy to read and easy to understand. It works well and is a diet you can follow for the rest of your life. The Alo Diet is not a crash diet that you can do for a temporary period of time, lose a lot of weight, then quit. It's meant to be a lifelong diet plan.


The Alo Diet is designed by Dr. Mohammed S. Alo, D.O. who completed medical school at Midwestern University's Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, went on to complete an Internal Medicine Residency and is currently enrolled in a Cardiology Fellowship.

Prior to attending medical school at Midwestern University, Dr. Alo spent approximately two years at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio studying biomedical sciences, nutrition, physiology, and biochemistry.

Diet is 85-90% of your body composition. You can lose tons of weight with diet alone. You do not need to exercise. Exercise is good for your heart and overall wellbeing, but it is not required for weight loss. Too often, physicians stress diet and exercise for weight loss and tie the two together. When patients realize that they don't have time to exercise, they automatically assume that they can't lose weight, since the doctor said, "diet and exercise". Let's get rid of these built-in excuses and tell people to diet correctly and lose weight.

The Alo Diet combines elements from a lot of other diets and puts them into one simple diet that's easy to follow, free, and very healthy.

You will lose weight, and you will keep it off!
